What Fedeva does
One workspace for the whole mandate
Pitch, preparation, indicative offers, due diligence, signing and closing run in one shared context. The whole deal team works from the same documents, deliverables and history, instead of a patchwork of folders, spreadsheets and inboxes.
Answers from the firm’s own deal history
Fedeva searches everything the firm has done, from past mandates to precedents and deliverables, and answers with the source attached, down to the slide and the sentence. A partner gets a comparable or a number from an old mandate without sending anyone to look for it.
A playbook for every deliverable
The firm’s templates, skills and precedents for pitch decks, financial models, teasers, information memoranda, NDAs and management presentations sit in one playbook. Every new deliverable starts from the firm’s best previous work.
Client portal and data room
Clients upload through Fedeva’s portal, and their files land in the mandate already filed into the firm’s own data-room structure. A shared view keeps the client in the process without extra email traffic.
Buyer process and Q&A in one thread
The buyer list, outreach, NDAs and IM dispatch run from one place. Every buyer question is answered, approved and tracked against the mandate, and every answer keeps its source.

Built for independent advisories, not large banks
Fedeva is designed for partner-led boutiques: senior-heavy teams with many partners and directors and few analysts. It takes on the filing, retrieval and paperwork that would otherwise land on the juniors.
The whole mandate, not a chat window
A general-purpose AI assistant answers one question at a time, without the context of the deal. Fedeva holds the whole mandate, including the data room, deliverables, history and client, in one context the whole team shares.
Every claim traceable to its source
Answers link back to the document, slide and sentence they came from. Nothing reaches a deliverable or a client that a partner cannot check.
European by design
Fedeva is built and hosted in Europe. Each firm’s data stays in its own tenant, is processed only on the firm’s instructions under Art. 28 GDPR, and is never used to train AI models. ISO/IEC 27001 certification is targeted for Q4 2026.
Your data stays your asset
If a firm decides to leave, we support its team in exporting and handing over its data from the platform. The firm’s skills, templates and data remain its own asset.

Who is Fedeva for?

Who sets Fedeva up, and who supports us afterwards?
One of the founding team. We sit with you and configure the platform for your firm, onboard your templates, your folder structure and your skills. The same person stays your contact afterwards.
Where is our data hosted?
In Europe. Fedeva is built and hosted in Europe, and your firm’s data stays in your firm’s own tenant, separate from every other firm on the platform. We process it only on your behalf and on your instructions, as your processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
Do you train AI models on our data?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models, neither ours nor anyone else’s. It is used for one thing only: providing the service to your firm.
Can we check where an answer comes from?
Yes. Every claim Fedeva makes is traceable to its source, down to the document, the slide and the sentence. A partner can check where a number came from before it goes into a deliverable or to a client.
Which tools does Fedeva connect to?
Fedeva connects to the whole Microsoft suite and to data providers and CRMs such as North Data and DealCloud. Existing documents, conversations and CRM data reach the mandate without being copied over by hand. Clients send their data through Fedeva’s own upload portal, and it is filed into the mandate as it arrives.
